Terms and Conditions – Deadly Dollars Membership
1. Introduction
Welcome to Deadly Dollars Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne, Australia.
By subscribing to our monthly membership, you’re joining a growing community of members who enjoy exclusive perks such as discount access to brand partners, priority drops, members-only merchandise, and live digital experiences.
Please read these Terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a member.
2. Membership and Payment Terms
2.1 Membership Fee:
The monthly membership fee is $9.95 AUD, which provides access to:
Member-exclusive digital events and content
Early access to merchandise and limited drops
Discounts and special offers through brand partners
2.2 Billing and Renewal:
Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled.
2.3 Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel at any time by contacting director@deadlydollars.com. Your membership will remain active through the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partially used months.
2.4 Free Trials & Promotions:
We may offer promotional trials from time to time. Standard pricing applies after the trial period ends unless cancelled.
2.5 Subscriptions & Re-subscription Policy:
If you unsubscribe from Deadly Dollars, your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle. No refund will be provided, but you will retain access for the remainder of the period you’ve already paid for.
However, please be aware:
Deadly Dollars reserves the right to refuse any re-subscription requests during this 2-month lockout period.
This policy is in place to maintain fairness and commitment within the game community and prevent people from opting out just before major games or events.
If a major game is announced or played during your lockout period, you will miss out — no exceptions.
By choosing to unsubscribe, you acknowledge and accept this restriction. We are not here for your money we are we to build a fair, fun and strong community.
3. Member Perks & Digital Experiences
As part of your membership, you’ll receive access to live digital content and exclusive member activities designed to engage, entertain, and reward participation.
3.1 Interactive Content:
From time to time, we may host livestreams, Q&A sessions, or other digital experiences. Participation is optional and included with your membership.
3.2 Community Recognition:
We occasionally recognize members for their participation in creative or community-focused challenges. Perks may include merchandise, brand gifts, or digital shoutouts.
Note: These activities are not games of chance or gambling. Participation is purely voluntary and not tied to financial outcomes.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Use
4.1 Ownership:
All content, branding, livestreams, and materials are owned by Deadly Dollars Pty Ltd or its partners and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
4.2 Media Use:
By joining, you agree we may use your name, image, or likeness in promotional materials (e.g., social media or event recaps), unless you opt out by emailing us.
5. Service Changes & Termination
5.1 Service Changes:
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
5.2 Member Termination:
We may cancel a membership for breach of these Terms or misconduct. If we discontinue the service entirely, a prorated refund will be offered.
6. Limitation of Liability
You agree that Deadly Dollars Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of our membership services.
7. Privacy & Data Use

8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian arbitration guidelines.
9. Rule Compliance and Subscription Suspension
9.1 To maintain the integrity and fairness of the Deadly Dollars experience, all participants are required to follow the official game rules and terms and conditions provided by Deadly Dollars. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your subscription.
In the event of rule violations, Deadly Dollars reserves the right to suspend your access to the game and prohibit you from subscribing again for a period of three (3) to six (6) months, at our sole discretion. This decision is final and is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.
9.2 Winner Promotion Requirement
By participating in Deadly Dollars, you agree that if you win the weekly prize, you must share a winning post on your personal social media accounts within 24 hours of receiving your prize. If your account is on private you must send DM or send proof of share
This post must clearly mention your win and tag or mention the official Deadly Dollars account. This helps us grow the community and keep the game thriving. Failure to share a winning post may result in disqualification from future games or temporary suspension from participation.
