Introduction

Welcome to Deadly Dollars Pty Ltd!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with Deadly Dollars Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne, Australia. By subscribing to our monthly membership, you’re not just gaining access to a weekly game — you’re joining a growing community of members who benefit from exclusive discounts, merchandise, and upcoming partner deals. The games and livestreamed events are just the bonus of being a Deadly Dollars member.

Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities as a member.

1. Membership and Payment Terms

1.1 Membership Fee:

Your monthly membership is $9.95 AUD. This gives you access to our member-exclusive perks, including:

• Future discounts with brand partners

• Early access to Deadly Dollars merchandise

• Access into our weekly game and livestream events

1.2 Payment Methods:

Memberships are billed monthly to your selected payment method and will auto-renew unless cancelled.

1.3 Free Trials & Promotions:

From time to time, we may offer free trials or promotional pricing. These will be clearly communicated and revert to the standard monthly rate unless cancelled before the trial ends.

1.4 Cancellations:

Cancel any time by emailing director@deadlydollars.com. Your membership will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

2. Games & Livestream Events (Bonus Perks)

As a bonus for being a member, you’ll have access to our fun weekly game experiences.

2.1 Eligibility:

You must be 18+ and have an active membership to participate in the weekly game.

2.2 Game Mechanics:

Each week, members receive a hint leading up to the weekend game. Winners receive cash prize or another announced reward during "Boar Rush Week".

2.3 Rules of Play:

All game rules are provided prior to each event. By playing, you agree to follow the weekly rules. Violations may result in disqualification.

2.4 Safety & Conduct:

Play respectfully and safely. Deadly Dollars Pty Ltd is not responsible for any harm or loss during participation.

2.5 Disqualification:

We may disqualify members who act unlawfully or breach these Terms.

3. Prizes & Winnings

3.1 Weekly Prize:

Each game winner receives a tax-free cash prize up to $1,000 AUD, delivered via bank transfer or in cash (your choice).

3.2 Changes to Prizes:

We reserve the right to update or cancel prize offerings due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership:

All game materials, livestreams, brand assets, and related content are the property of Deadly Dollars Pty Ltd or our licensors.

4.2 Promotional Use:

By participating, you allow us to use your name, image, and voice in promotional content (e.g. website and social media), royalty-free.

5. Service Termination

5.1 Company Termination:

Deadly Dollars Pty Ltd may terminate or alter the membership program, game, or service at any time without liability.

5.2 Member Cancellation:

You may cancel at any time (see Section 1.4). If the company ends the service, you’ll receive a refund for the unused portion of that billing cycle.

The company may also end your subscription at anytime due to violations of terms and conditions

5.3 Force Majeure:

We’re not liable for disruptions beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, legal changes, tech failures).

6. Liability

6.1 Member Responsibility:

You agree to hold Deadly Dollars Pty Ltd and its team harmless for any claims or damages from your use of the membership or participation in games.

6.2 Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our service or games.

7. Privacy & Data

7.1 Privacy Policy:

We value your privacy. By subscribing, you consent to how we collect and use your personal data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Data Security:

We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service means you accept any new Terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

9.1 Jurisdiction:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

9.2 Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Australian law.
